At STROVIA, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not offer returns on any products. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds for any products sold on STROVIA. All purchases are final.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory

Unboxing Video Requirements

  • Video must be recorded from start to end without any cuts or edits

  • The package should be clearly visible before opening

  • The issue or damage must be clearly visible in the video

If the unboxing video is missing, edited, unclear, or does not show the issue properly, the replacement request will be rejected.

Damaged or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 7 days at:

  • Clear photos

  • Proper unboxing video

Our team will review the request and inform you about replacement eligibility.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.

Approved cases will be handled strictly as replacement only.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be accepted if:

  • Unboxing video is not provided

  • Video is cut or edited

  • Damage is not visible in the video

  • Request is made after 7 days

  • Damage caused due to misuse or wear & tear
